Preseason Information
- Tryouts will be held Monday, March 7th through March 9th: 4:30-6:30pm
- All required medical forms/paperwork can be found on our website
- If you do have an up to date physical you will not be allowed to tryout
- Make sure all of the required medical paperwork is handed in to the Nurse's office by March 1st
- If you participated in a fall or winter sport you must still hand in the medical update form to the nurse

Preseason Information
- Interest meeting is in October. Contact Coach Kurzum if interested in playing lacrosse.
- Winter Clinics begin in December
- Tryouts will begin Thursday March 16th after school. You should bring cleats and sneakers to tryouts.

- If you do not have a completed physical and all required paperwork completed by March 9th, you will not be permitted to tryout this season
All lacrosse players should be working on building stick skills on their own. Attached is a wall ball routine to help you prepare for the season.
