Johnsonburg Camp & Retreat Center has served communities from all over New Jersey for almost 60 years. Join Chef Ralph Seher, Culinary Institute of America graduate, in a fun, nurturing, friendly, professional kitchen. Cooks and kitchen staff needed. Year round, part time hours, flexible schedules, AM start at 6:30 until approx. 2:30PM and PM shift may start at 12:00PM till 7:30 PM., according to business needs. Weekdays in the summer, weekends year round. Salary are the industry standards and based upon experience. Duties will include food preparation, sanitation, dining room set up and dishwashing. Implementing farm to table, focusing on nutrition and presentation, while making banquet style meals, served family style. Bring your creativity and ideas, not only improve your skill and understanding of a kitchen operation, but help achieve camp J-burg’s goal of improving the camp dining experience.
