The golf team at Tech is available for students of all skill levels and abilities. It is a varsity sport, separate for both boys and girls, that competes in the Big North Conference. If you have any questions, you can contact Coach Lawshe at or Coach Bargiel at . To participate, you must complete a physical and submit your paperwork to the nurse before the start of practice on March 16th.
A couple of notes about the golf team...
- We play a full varsity schedule and are afforded to play great golf courses like North Jersey Country Club in Wayne as well as Bergen and Passaic County Golf Courses for matches.
- Experience is helpful but optional to try out.
- Equipment is provided to all athletes that make the team and do not have clubs.
- We have a Boys Varsity and Girls Varsity coach and an Assistant coach that helps with both teams.
Practice and tryouts will start on March 14th, 2024. You will need a physical and must submit paperwork to the nurse before tryouts starting. Nurse Physical dates are below.
