Additionally, PCTI’s Culinary Team won second place at the ProStart State Competition after extensively preparing for six months. PCTI’s team competed against nine teams from schools across New Jersey and were given one hour to prepare an upscale 3-course meal without the use of electricity or running water. PCTI’s team created delicious dishes including a pan seared crab cake appetizer, a brioche crusted halibut entrée, and a peanut butter mousse for dessert.
