On Wednesday, February 5, 2020 the Passaic County Technical Institute Athletic Department held a formal ceremony to honor the senior members of the 2019 Varsity Football Team and 2020 Varsity Baseball team that have completed letters of intent to continue their academic and athletic careers at the NCAA Division I/II level. The process more formerly known as the NLI (National Letter of Intent) Signing Day, presents an opportunity for high school student-athletes to formally commit to the college/university of their choosing. In Football, Coach Demarest and the Bulldog Athletic Department proudly celebrated the signing of Cameron Bascomb (WR/DB) to Pace University (Division II), Jaheim McGuire (WR/DB) to American International College (Division II). Cameron and Jaheim were both standout defensive backs for the PCTI Defense which helped lead the Bulldogs to a Super Football Conference Liberty-Red Divisional Championship and a NJSIAA State Sectional Finals appearance in the 2019 Season. In Baseball, Coach Nutile and the Bulldog Athletic Department proudly celebrated the signing of Jake Noonan (Pitcher) to Rutgers University – Newark (Division III), and Dan Kiritsis (Pitcher) to Seminole State College of Florida (DI-NJCAA). Jake and Dan were both standout pitchers for the Bulldogs in their 2019 Season where they moved deep into the PCCA Tournament and were 2019 NJTAC Tournament Champions.
