Columbia Bank Foundation Donates 20k to PCTI Ed Foundation

Passaic County Technical Institute’s (PCTI) Education Foundation was the recipient of a twenty-thousand dollar donation from the Columbia Bank Foundation to benefit student learning. The grand donation has already been put to good use by supplying students of the STEM Academy with T1-84 graphing calculators, a much needed industry tool.

Columbia Bank has been a business partner of PCTI for more than thirteen years. The two organizations have created a career development program within the high school’s Academy of Finance with a full-service bank on campus. PCTI was the first high school in the state to open a bank that functions as a living classroom. The PCTI branch also provides onsite banking and ATM services to the entire school community and fosters a valuable training environment for Academy of Finance students.

Columbia Bank Representative Amy Dupuis joins PCTI Director of STEM Javier Rabelo, Chief School Administrator Diana C. Lobosco, Board of Education President Al Alexander, and students Gavin Roettger (Wanaque), Khristian Clark (Paterson), Ansh Rana (Passaic), Aksel Lujan (Clifton), Alezandra Simon (Paterson), and William Ryan (Wayne) for the $20k donation to PCTI’s Education Foundation.
