  •  The School Counseling Department is providing an after-school support program for all interested PCTVS students. Counselors will be available for academic and personal support on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15-4:30 in the PCTI C-Wing School Counseling Office.   • The Student Council / Interact Club is hosting a Mother's Day Flower Pot sale. All proceeds will be donated to the March of Dimes, a nonprofit organization committed to ending preventable maternal health risks and death, ending preventable preterm birth and infant death and closing the health equity gap for all families. Flower pots will be an assortment of geraniums, petunias and impatiens available in two sizes: 5" pot for .00 or a 6.5" pot for .00. Orders can be placed Monday, April 8th - Monday, April 29th by seeing a Student Council member, Mrs. Rettenbert or Ms. Sillman, as well as scanning flyers posted around school or using the following link. Orders will be delivered to PCTVS and picked up in the Auditorium Lobby on Friday, May 10th.

  • Today is the day! Hopefully, you’re wearing red for Bulldogs Take Action Week. Celebrate and learn about the cultures within our school community! TI@ti, WLHS, and ERASE will host their Multicultural Fair this afternoon, from 3:30 pm to 6 pm in the Main Gym of PCTI. Bus transportation will be provided. Invite your parents to come by, too. There will be displays, games, music, food and more. You’ll get to learn about Egypt, Peru, Pakistan, Jamaica, Italy, and much much more! Remember, this free event is open to all. Students interested in attending must fill out this form to attend. Join us to learn about diverse cultures with your family and friends at PCTVS.

  • Last Friday And Saturday the boys and Girls track teams both won the Passaic County Relays in dominating fashion. The boys team score 148 points out of a possible 160 points winning 13 of the 16 events. The girls won by 40 points and had strong perfromances by multiple girls. To end the weekend off Michale Vargas was selected as the Records Athlete of the week. Stand up MICHAEL!!! Congrats to Michael and all the track athletes for a great performance.
  • The PCTI World Language Honor Society extends their gratitude to everyone who participated in and supported this year’s Pulsera Project Sale. We are incredibly proud to have raised over [525],700 as this marks our biggest sale to date! All proceeds will benefit artisan communities in Central America. Thank you for your generosity and support.

The team was led offensively by Islynn Lugo, Savannah Czornomor, and Akeelah Clark. Come out today to triple A field to cheer on the Bulldogs as they take on Clifton.

    Highlights: The Boys Lacrosse Team had a big 11-4 win against Bergen Tech to even their record at 3-3 for the year. The Bulldogs were led by seniors Nate Harris, Nicco Fasoli, and Josh Paez with 3 goals each. Jack Donovan, Evan Reyes, and Scott Nayda each chipped in with 2 assists. Come out and support the boys this Saturday at 10 AM where we will honor the seniors!

The Bulldogs had outstanding pitching from Jackson Burger, Andres Urdaneta, and Cooper Juhlin. Offensively, they were led by great at bats from John Galka, Tyler Meyers, Cody Lui, and Vincenzo Caruso. The Bulldogs look to keep things rolling against Don Bosco Prep today at 4pm.

Marcella pitched a stellar game, striking out 6 batters. Gianna A and Ava R each went 3-3 with 3 runs. The team put on a fantastic performance overall. Congratulations on the well-deserved win!

Nicki Djecki led the offense with 3 runs scored 2 hits including her 4th home run and 2 RBI. Emily Washburn and Liz Yannarelli had 2 hits each and Isabella Cruz had the winning hit a 2 run double in the 6th inning. Madison McMurray went the distance on the mound for her 4th victory.

Love 2 Listen is focused on helping others be better listeners and sharing resources available in our school so we can help others dealing with social isolation. Stop by the PCTI Upper Lobby or STEM Lobby to sign our Love2Listen pledge! We’ll also be running two student-led sessions in the Wellness Center at 1:30 PM and 2:15 PM on Monday, 4/15, where you can get a better look at how to Love2Listen. Emily Washburn blasted a grand slam home run and Taylor Brown added a 2 run double to lead the offense. Madison McMurray pitched a 1 hitter to gain her 3rd victory.

    Highlights: The varsity boys volleyball team defeated Eastside, 2-0, to earn their second consecutive victory. Nate X. Addison led the team with 5 kills, while Yuuki Nitro, Kacper Nieradka, and James Ren chipped in 2 kills apiece. Elliot Rivera paced the offense with 8 assists, and Leo Nizama and Jayden Vasquez contributed 7 total aces. The team's next game is at home tomorrow vs Passaic. Go Bulldogs!

  • The Student Council / Interact Club is hosting a Mother's Day Flower Pot sale. All proceeds will be donated to the March of Dimes, a nonprofit organization committed to ending preventable maternal health risks and death, ending preventable preterm birth and infant death and closing the health equity gap for all families. Flower pots will be an assortment of geraniums, petunias and impatiens available in two sizes: 5" pot for .00 or a 6.5" pot for .00. Orders can be placed Monday, April 8th - Monday, April 29th by seeing a Student Council member, Mrs. Rettenbert or Ms. Sillman, as well as scanning flyers posted around school or using the following link. Orders will be delivered to PCTVS and picked up in the Auditorium Lobby on Friday, May 10th.
  • The School of Performing Arts Class of 2024 will present The Choreography Showcase on Friday, April 26th at 7:00pm in the auditorium. Tickets are free but you must reserve your seat here.
  • Are you looking for ways to be better listeners and help make our community a more caring place? Well, stop by the upper lobby of PCTI or STEM on Monday, April 15th, the first day of Bulldogs Take Action Week to learn about a program that's all about that! Love 2 Listen is focused on helping others be better listeners and sharing resources available in our school so we can help others dealing with social isolation. Stop by the PCTI Upper Lobby or STEM Lobby to sign our Love2Listen pledge! We’ll also be running two student-led sessions in the Wellness Center at 1:30 PM and 2:15 PM on Monday 4/15, where you can get a better look at how to Love2Listen. A Google Sign-Up Form will be available later this week for interested students! Keep an eye on announcements and the TI@ti Instagram page for more information. Make sure to wear yellow to start off the beginning of Bulldogs Take Action Week.
  • Would you like to celebrate and learn about the cultures within our school community? Next week is Bulldogs Take Action Week, and TI@ti, WLHS, and ERASE will be hosting their Multicultural Fair on Thursday, April 18th, from 3:30 pm to 6 pm in the Main Gym of PCTI. It's free to attend and bus transportation will be provided for students. Parents are also invited to attend. Come and see displays, listen to music, play games, try some cultural foods, and more. This event is open to all. Remember to wear red on Thursday during Bulldogs Take Action week. We hope you join us to learn about diverse cultures with your family and friends, here at PCTVS.
