PCTI’s very own Fralvin Munoz was chosen by the American Legion Jersey Boys State (ALJBS) as the recipient of the much acclaimed $1,000 Todd Eaton Scholarship Award. The honor was bestowed at the 68th session of the ALJBS event.
Since 2002, the ALJBS has honored one lucky statesman each session for selflessly serving his colleagues during the week-long course. This particular scholarship was created in honor of Todd Easton, a 1986 statesman who was hailed for his volunteerism and dedication to his peers.
