I’m Tania Guzman PCTI’s personal NJ FamilyCare School Facilitator. I am here to help you with any questions or concerns, and assistance in the application process for New Jersey’s health insurance program for families, NJ FamilyCare. I am available to meet with you and go over the guidelines, give more information, or begin/process your application. Office hours are on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. The enrollment process can also be completed entirely in your own home. By calling 1-800-701-0710 and giving your name and address, an application will be mailed to your home*, you can download the application, apply online, or come in to see me for an application. |
